Just an fyi that after the Christmas freeze on my game, I contacted EA and they were very timely in getting back to me. I know it’s always easy to complain on here, so I thought I’d share something positive for a change;)

Their support is great, they helped me before and were really friendly and fast. Just wanted to know if that was really an issue or if I missed something before asking for their support. 🙂

I contacted them and they never got back to me…it kept saying my case was loading, then A couple days later when I went into my inventory there was Zutroy. He had not activated by a prompt like he did in my B game, so I suspect EA put him there after I lodged my complaint. So check your inventory.

I never got the Ghost of Christmas Past (Destroyed Holiday Wheel) option. Was this available if you had the holiday wheel from last year?

you needed to have got Christmas Blue House from 2012 or 2013.
